How do I register to access the rewards program?

Register online by heading to the login page and select Register now. Complete the online registration form, which will include nominating your own password and select Register.

A registration confirmation email will be sent to you. Simply click on the confirmation link in the email to activate your account.

I have registered but I cannot login?

It is likely you have not verified your account. Ensure you have clicked on the verification link in the registration email – which would have been sent to you upon your first online registration.

I have forgotten my password?

You can re-set your password by selecting the forgotten password link on the login page.
You will be prompted to enter your email address. On submission, the system will send you a link to re-set your password.  

Claiming & Redeeming

How do I make a claim?

Log in to the online rewards platform and head to the Make a Claim page.  Ensure you have completed the form and ticked all the relevant boxes.

If you are having trouble entering from your laptop/desktop, you can also enter via your smartphone. This gives you the option to access your camera when you hit the ‘Browse’ button, allowing you to take a photo of your receipt which will then be attached with your claim.

Upload your receipt and hit enter.

I have multiple products on the one receipt, can I upload them in bulk?

If you have multiple claims on the same receipt you can use the ‘Add Product’ button for each product listed on your receipt.

How long does it take to have my claim approved?

Processing and approving claims can take up to 3 business days. Please note in busier periods it can take up to 5 business days to process claims.

What if my claim is rejected?

If your claim has been rejected, you will receive an email with a rejection reason. Often it is due to some information missing from your receipt so please check you have all the relevant details visible before uploading. These include - date, product, price and receipt number.

How do I redeem points?

Log in to the online rewards platform and check your balance on the my claims tab.  Then head to the rewards section and browse the available rewards in each Tier. If you have enough points to redeem rewards, they will be available to order now.

Make sure you redeem as quickly as possible as some rewards are limited.  The rewards store will display a live countdown of the number of rewards that are still available.

Training

How do I register for training?

Stores can now register users for training via the MyEssilorLuxottica website. To view the new process, click here.

To ensure your training modules are recognised for rewards, register with the same email address you use for Luxottica Rewards.

It is important your individual log ins have been set up with the same email address as your Rewards email address. You can have your manager check your Leonardo user set up on MyEssilorLuxottica under Profile > Manage Subusers.

 

How do I access training?

Training is to be completed on our digital learning platform Leonardo  https://leonardo.essilorluxottica.com/login.

Note that ‘New to Store’ Learning Bites are not counted as a module completion.

Where can I see my training points?

Training points are visible on the my claims page.  You will see a list of the modules you have completed under ‘Training Modules’

Why can’t I see my training points?

Training points are uploaded weekly from My Luxottica so please allow 7-10 business days after you have completed your training modules for them to be visible on the rewards platform.

What are coins?

Coins are a global addition to the Leonardo learning platform and are not related to this incentive.

In other global markets there is pay by view content on Leonardo.
